Includes:- 2 personal meetings with your coordinator and unlimited e-mail and phone correspondence
- Rehearsal & Ceremony direction and coordination - up 7 hours plus 2 hours for rehearsal
- Creation and management of event budget
- Day before walkthrough of scheduled events (verbal and printed versions for couple)
- Contact for vendors and guests on your wedding day. This includes payment and assurance of appropriate contracted services with all vendors.
- Assistance in final set-up of reception site and last minute details.
- Implement timeline for ceremony and reception. Including, but not limited to (bridal party procession, entrance of families, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
- Delivery of gifts to desired location within 15 miles of reception/wedding site. **additional mileage will apply outside of 15 miles
