Coordination, design  & budgeting of your wedding from start to finish.

• Initial consultation + 5 personal meetings with your coordinator and unlimited e-mail and phone correspondence

• Rehearsal & Ceremony direction and coordination  - up 9 hours plus 2 hours for rehearsal

• Creation and management of budget

• Design of your day include color palettes, decorations and layout of both ceremony and reception sites

• Assistance in choosing vendors –  includes 2 vendor visits for each category (florist, bakery, venue, etc.)

• Creation of seating charts and reception layout

• Day before walkthrough of scheduled events (verbal and printed versions for couple)

• Vendor referrals – 3 in each category (ie: florist, bakery, venue, etc.)

• Main contact for vendors, contract agreements and payment timelines prior to and on the wedding day

• Contact for vendors and guests on your wedding day.  This includes payment and assurance of appropriate contracted services with all vendors.

• Assistance in final set-up of reception site and last minute details.

• Implement timeline for ceremony and reception.  Including, but not limited to (bridal party procession, entrance of families, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

• Delivery of gifts to desired location within 15 miles of reception/wedding site. **additional mileage will apply outside of 15 miles
