Comfort is delicious! Who doesn’t turn down a good plate of potato salad, a pot pie or piece of pizza?  Over the years I’ve seen a trend at weddings to ditch stuffy plated meals and go for a buffet full of yummy foods.  Mexican food I think is the most common thing I’ve experienced with enchiladas, rice and beans.  A friend of ours recently got married and had a taco cart come and serve everyone. It was incredible food! And so cool to have a legitimate taco guy serve everyone.

So, get creative, have fun with your choices, and remember, if you love eating it, most likely your guests will too.  Just have a few staple items for those picky people! Bon Appetite!
